YOU MIGHT THINK THAT I AM TO OLD TO BE ENTERING THIS BUT IT IS ONE OF MY DREAMS TO MEET MILEY AND TO BE ABLE TO MAYBE ONE DAY SING WITH HER.

I KNOW ALL OF HANNAH MONTANA AND MILEY CYRUS SONGS AND IF I WIN THIS WOULD REALLY BE THE BEST.I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO SEE MILEY IN CONCERT MY MY MOM AND DAD NEVER HAD ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY THE TICKET AND TO BUY THE PLAIN TICKET.

So I was in Kindergarten when I started going to my church. I had just started going there so i didn’t have any friends. I was there a few months and I still didn’t have any “Best Friends” or even any friends for that matter.(I bet you are thinking “Man, these are hostile people.) No, I was just the  ”Nerdy” type. Or “Momma’s Girl.”
So I just hung out as a one man group.
Then a girl named Lily showed up we were “Best Friends” from day one. Today, we are MAJOR Miley Cyrus fans! Okay, so she has alway had my back and i always got hers, so now I want to do somthing for her that will really make her day. So that’s why WE deserve Miley Cyrus tickets.

My nick name is bay bay and me and my friend have never been to a disney concert before and if i won i would take my new best friend lish thats her nick name and my mom really like miley cyrus she watches her show all the time actully thats the only thing she watches besides HOUSE. so any way  i think i should get the concert tickets because i never really had any thing that was good in my life  my mom did have a job but then she quit to go back to school. And when she went back to school we did not have any money we had to get a food card beacuse we could not aford food. we had to sell a bunch of our stuff to get money to pay the bills and all my “friends” got to go to you concert but i did not. i asked my friend one time if i could go with her and she said yes!!! but at the last min she changed her mind and took my xbest friend and that night i spent the hole night crying. So nothing good has happend in my life and if i won,this would be the most wonderfull coolest thing  that has ever happend to me. The ponit is i want to see her so badly…….its my dream to go to one of her concerts. And i know that when miley was in middle school she was locked in a bathroom stall and lisha and i were pushed around like miley was but we did not get locked in a bathroom. But if any one needs and wants to win this its me beacuse we dont really have a lot if money so we only we like 4 or 5 gifts on our birthdays and chrismass. But any way plz plz plz pick me or lisha.

Hi my nick name is Lisha,I am really excited finding out about this contest.My friend and I have never been to a Hannah Montana concert or Jonas Brothers Concert. Acually we haven’t been to any Disney Star concerts.. I Don’t even think we have been to any concert. But we were so excited finding out about this concert. We have never been to one.My friends mom loves Hannah Montana and my mom loves it too,When I get home from school my mom is usually watching Disney usually it is Hannah Montana. My dad will be watching one of his favorite movies and they will be in the middle of the movie and i will come running down the hall screaming, MOM, MOM, HANNAH MONTANA IS ON! She will make him change the channel just so she can watch it.My favorite episodes are the new ones. Miley is so Energetic, and i love that cause I am too.I love how funny she and her dad are It is amazing just watching them. But i haven’t went to one and it is like my dream to go see Hannah Montana.I have the Blanket the pillows and everything.But the point is this contest is my dream i just want to see her so badly.There are alot of girls in my school going to see the Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana. It stinks seeing them come back from it when My friend and I never do.As soon as Hannah Montana started shooting on Disney Channel i started watching it. I didn’t know what it was about but it is like it was really addicting..so then i started going on youtube and looking up interviews and stuff.then i noticed about you loving to sing and when you did music i started listening to it i loved it that was the type of music i always liked.It was great.And not too long ago my friend bay bay and I (bay bay is her nick name)were watching miley revealed on the t.v. and it was showing how she was locked in the bathroom.Well bay wasn’t locked in the bathroom but she got made fun of alot.. i wasnt really made fun of but there was a group of girls that thought they were better than everyone.But I learned to just do my best and worry about what I am doing and not what others are doing.But I tried out for cheerleading and made it my first practice is this evening at 6:30 I’m very excited. please pick me or bay bay..

I like miley cyrus because she is such an inspiration. I think I deserve these tickets because I have worked so hard I have been saving money for them but they are so expencive. My aunt died in 2007 because of gastric bypass. My grandpa was a hard worker and still is. I am a strong christian like the rest of my family. My dad always told me if you believe you can achieve. So I am writing this becausse i would really like to see miley!  She is an inspiration to me because she is a strong and independant women and she tries to help so many people. Like last year she got mad because tickets were so high and people couldnt afford them. My mom and step dad try to give us all they can but we cant afford tickets. I am trying to start a program for our community to help save energy and not pollute because it hurts the ozone layer and thats what keeps us from getting too mich sun. Without our ozone layer we could walk outside and in seconds we could get a third degree burn.+My family dont have much money but we have enough to make it through. We try to afford to go to gatlinberg,Tennessee every year for 3 days or so. My life’s dream is to meet miley or get her picture sighned. I deserve this because ive been through a lot in my life. My dad is in prison and my dog died ten years ago. I’ve never gotten over it. I love my family very much and my dad used to be in the military. I deserve free Miley Cyrus tickets because, I LOVE her so much! I admire her, and she is such a role model to me! I want to be just like her when I grow up! I am her number one fan I have posters of her all over my room, I have window clings of Hannah Montana on my windows, I have a read her book Miley Cyrus Miles To Go, I have MutiVitamin Gummies of Hannah Montana, and I got my hair cut just like hers. I deserve them because I am a true fan when those Vanity Fair pictures came out and people started telling me she was not a good role model and this and that I defended her and said,” She is not a bad person and ALL people make miskakes I am not perfect, you are not perfect and she is not ether. No one is. She is a great person.” In the pool I sing all her songs to my mom my mom’s favorite is I Miss You. She wanted me to sing it to both of my grandpas and I did! When they pass on they want me to sing it at thair fuanarals and I said I would. This little girl her name is Haley, me and her go in my room and sing Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus songs with our microphones in frount of my mirror. When I had to get glasses I was so scared but then I went on the internet to see if Miley wore glasses and I found a picture of her wearing them and I was fine after that with wearing my glasses. I also have many Hannah Montana sun glasses of her and games and chap stick,too. I guess it does not matter what you have. The thing is I LOVE Miley so much she is such an inspiration to me and I just beleive that one day I will get to fullfill my dreams because of her. One day I hope to be just like her and know that she was my inspration all along! No matter how that days goes I can listen to one of her songs a cheer up in a second. Why I Deserve Free Miley Cyrus Tickets, I’m a single parent mom of a 2 year old name Myleigh(My lee). She loves Miley and Hannah Montana. She knows every song by heart and LOVES to watch Hannah. My daughter was boen on Miley’s brothers birthday May 9th. If Hannah is on tv no one can watch tv or she goes crazy. She loves rocking out to her songs. I think it would be so cool to take her to see Miley. I’m a full time student and mom trying to make ends meet. I don’t have the money to take her or I would. When I started watching Hannah Montana, it was because my name is Hannah, too. I watced it every time it was on, and soon I because a big fan of her singing and music.

I never met my great-grandfather, but he was a singer back in the 1950s, and he helped to start Rock and Roll. His name was Bill Haley and his band was called The Comets. You might have heard of his song, Rock Around The Clock. Anyway, I love music, and if I could sing better, I would love to be a singer like Miley Cyrus.

My mom and dad can’t afford to get me tickets to this concert, because my little sister wants to go, too. I have never been to a concert, and I would love more than anything to be able to see Miley, live on stage, singing some of my favorite songs. It would make my life, and it would also make some of the “mean” girls at school very jealous of me. They think they’re better than I am because they get to do things I can’t, but I don’t care. I know one day I’ll be famous for something like Miley, if I just keep believing in myself. She’s a great role model for all of us young girls!

My parents can’t afford tickets to Miley Cyrus concert.My mom is unemployed with 6 kids.My dad have a job but,he doesn’t make enough money.My parents are sperated so my dad have his own home to take care of.After my dad pay his bills he have nothing left.Sometimes he can’t keep food in his home.Also I have a older sister that is in college.She don’t have a job so she make it harder for my parents.I asked my parents to buy me tickets to the concert, of course the said they can’t afford it.I love miley cyrus so much and it would hurt me to know I’m not going.I always worked hard and I never got anything for my hard work.Tickets to see Miley cyrus in concert will make my hard work pay off.

I read the “Miley Tickets Inspire Contest” article in the Daily Herald, dated June 27, 2008, and decided to enter the contest on behalf of a future neighbor in Tooele. This article came at the right time. We want to do something special for this man and his family. This man’s name is Dan. His wife’s name is Shawn and their daughter’s name is Natalie. They are an awesome family and have made us feel that we will not be strangers when we move to Tooele.
On June 20, 2008, our family went searching for a home. When we were looking at the home at 822 West and 660 South, Dan came over to introduce himself. He asked about our family, told us about the people in our neighborhood and his family. He wanted to let us know that the people there were sociable.
At the end of the day we returned to the home on 660 South to sign the purchase agreement. After the papers were signed, Dan invited us over to his house to meet some of the neighbors. Dan and his family gave us a housewarming gift and he told us they would have a block party for us when we move in. We were amazed.
On June 25, 2008 we returned to measure the rooms for furniture. The realtor had trouble opening the home. It was 90 degrees outside. Dan invited us into their air-conditioned home and we talked about families. He mentioned the Stadium of Fire and how Natalie loves Miley Cyrus. He also reminded us that he would have a block party for us when we move there in August. When it was time to go into our house, Dan walked with us across the street to say hi to my husband.
We think that Dan and his family would be awesome people for anybody to sit next to at the Stadium of Fire. He would never forget such a surprise and would tell everybody about it. He would have trouble knowing who entered his name because many neighbors would do it if they knew about the contest and we would enjoy the secret.

While it is common knowledge that the Chinese invented fireworks it is not so commonly known as to why we Americans are so fascinated and in love with these beautiful displays of color. Well I am going to let you in on the big secret. Yes, secret and by the end of this essay you will know why it is such.
It started long ago just after the Chinese had perfected the firework. They were so pleased with what  they had created they figured there must be a God of fireworks, and after determining this it was found necessary to make a sacrifice unto this God to show their appreciation for the wonderful gift bestowed upon them.  It was discussed, and then decided that an infant should be placed in a basket made of reeds and placed in the ocean. And so it was done.
The Chinese never knew what became of the child; it was assumed that it drifted off into the sea to meet up with the God of fireworks. Little did they know that incredible works came about and the basket made it to the American continent where the child lived and grew. Thus the Americas were populated and inhabited by the off spring of this child. Yes, yes, it’s true! The baring straight had nothing to do with it!
Thus, Americans love fireworks not only for their entertainment, color, sound, and awe, but because it is in our DNA, our heritage, the stuff we are made of has firework written all over it. It is imprinted on our souls.
As it happens I am a direct decedent of the sacrificial child. Yep, it’s true. So it is only imaginable how BADLY I would love to go to the Stadium of Fire and watch the majestic, amazing, ooo and aaawe inspiring, stupindus, tremendous, wonderful FIREWORK EXTRAVIGANZA!!!
Oh, and if you haven’t put it together by now, of course we aren’t going to give CHINA any more credit then we have to! Hey, they are our competition!

We started this essay writing business last week and now we are down to the wire.  I don’t know if I can type three hundred words in 7 minutes, But i will try.  I hope that we can we these tickets for Lizzy and her brothers.  They are a bunch of great kids.  Last week when we started writing essays, we were in California visiting our family.  My kids were stuck with me for 24 hours a day for 10 days.  Stuck in a hotel.  We did go swimming and eating.  But after ten days they have had one day of freedom to do as they please.  And Tonight they are sleeping at my sisters because it is my 14th wedding anniversary.  That was their present to us one night alone after ten in a row all together in a hotel.  I think a big Freedom celebration would cap off our family fun.  i hope this is three hundred words and that you feel we deserve it enough since we have been watching, reading and writing for almost a week now.  Good night!!!  The kids really deserve the tickets after all that boring parent time.

Why do I deserve the tickets?  Let me count the ways:
I’ve seen every “Hannah Montana” episode, AND I’m a too old to be admit my addiction.
I can sing along to the Hannah Montana theme song/intro.
I can say the lines for every character in Hannah Montana…at the same time, or before the characters do.
I knew who Miley Cyrus was before she came to Utah.
I have seen the Blue Man Group of TV
I can stand on one foot.
I’ve managed to never let anyone know that I can’t stand on my head.
I once took Ballet.
I was smart enough to stop taking Ballet before we got to the “bleeding feet.”
I can play the French Horn.
I can’t whistle, but I’ve managed to not let many people know about that.
I’ve read a zillion books.
I can make bread, from scratch.
I can burn bread, too.
I can stand on one foot, rub my head, AND pat my tummy, while grinning.
I can sing the Pledge of Allegiance.
I know the Florida State Song.
I can tell the difference between an Alligator and a Crocodile – and I once did.
I have been to the Alamo.
I can quote the commander of the said Alamo.
I’ve never been to Boston in the Fall.
I eat vegetables.
I always eat my celery.
I’ve read Shakespeare.
I love Sherlock Holmes.
I have never had a cat.
I love Anne of Green Gables.
I know that Darth Vader’s Theme is just a variation on the Death March.
I know how many days are in each month.
I learned my alphabet before I knew how to spell my name.
And last but not least, I am a stupendous, wonderful, crazy, zany person who would love to go to the concert.

Excitement grows amongst the crowds of people rushing to take their seats.  I hear loud voices talking all around me.  Over my left shoulder are three little toe headed girls with their hair done up in pigtails waving their little flags dressed in red, white and blue.   Not far in age from one another and how innocent they are; full of giggles and joy to be outside on a spectacular night.  Over to my right side I see an elderly man grab his sweethearts hand and gleefully they smile at one another like it is their first date all over again. Any minute the show will begin.  With much anticipation everyone stares straight ahead to Glen Beck to kick off the program.

What an honor it is to solute the star spangled banner be pleased about our independence.  Everyone here for one common purpose celebrate freedom united as Americans.  Oh how liberating, exhilarating and awe-inspiring to show respect for the flag.  In God We Trust may this great nation stand.

Entertainment is starting as Miley and Blue Man Group take the stand.  The music bass is thumping loudly through-out the bleachers.  Everyone stomping their feet to the same beat, up down up down.  All hands swaying to the music enjoying every moment they can.  Hands of all different shapes and sizes some old and weathered some new and fragile.  Amazing how they stole the hearts of everyone.

Time passes so fast. Shrills and shrieking sounds are all engaging as rockets shoot up in the air.  Earsplitting, thunderous burst of fireworks boom all around us.  The fiery bliss of red purple trepid lights sparkles in the sky.  Ooh so pretty, aah what a night!

Someone shaking me back and forth, I hear a distant voice almost too familiar at home.  “Wake up, wake up you’re going to be late again.”  Groggily I roll over and mutter, “I can dream can’t I.”  Oh how I wish that my dream could come true to be in LaVell Edwards Stadium and witness an incredible event this Fourth of July.

Ahoy!

Me heard tale of this landlubber of a gal, Miley Cyrus, performing her mu-sic here in the salty, but dry state of Utah.  Ah, Utah tis close to me heart, but it ‘bout tears me soul out to see such lovely water with no waves.  I s’pose I could imagine it, but tw’ouldn’t be the same.  I miss the call of the Ocean, and the wide, wild waves, threating to dash ye to pieces.  I could stare at ye yonder sky, I s’pose, but tis not the same, though it is beautiful, and wild in it’s own way, bless it’s heart.

And all this sand.  Sand, dry sand, an’ not a Sea Turtle for miles around – this desert, I suppose ‘tis just like the Ocean o’ me heart, only without the lovely hearty smell in the morn’n, an’ no wind in yer face, unless ye stick yer head out in’ traffic.  I miss the excitement of the Sea, ye see.  The only excitement around seems to be in this ‘Stadium of Fire’ people are gabb’n about lately, and this Miley Cyrus.

What would make a right-o land-lubber like Miley Cyrus sing like she does?  Must be a bit o’ mer-fish in her blood.  Mermaid, or such.  She would make a Sailor go mad.  That siren can sing a tune to rival some of the Sea Chanties me used to sing.  I miss the sound o’ the waves on the rocks, and the oceans, but that gal is a right bit of goodness, and t’would go far towards mak’n a great evening.

A few moments of the nice concert t’would go a long way towards help’n me land-locked, sea-lov’n self have a great, stupendous Forth of Ju’ly.

And me did hear something ‘bout Fireworks – we didn’t have those at the sea, no sirree.  Must be a land lubber thing, ‘nd something me old heart can get used to, aye!
